  • Business operators should:
    • hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card
    • have an organizational digital certificate of the registered business issued by a recognized certification authority
  • If there is any change in the business registration particulars of their businesses or branches, the business operators should give notice within 1 month after such change
  • Business operators may submit their notifications via eTAX at GovHK

  • The Business Registration Office will generally update the business registration particulars and send the amended business registration certificate by post within 5 working days upon receipt of the notifications
