  • The duly appointed trustees who can be Hong Kong residents or Mainland residents, not less than 3 nor more than 7 in number, of any body of persons or charity can apply
  • Application through:
    • the Registry's “e-Services Portal”, by clicking on the button under “Quick Links” to submit online application

  • Documents needed for applicants:
    • application form for Certificate of Incorporation of Registered Trustees Corporation; and
    • the rules and regulations of the body or charity together with a copy of every deed, will, or other instrument, if any, creating, constituting or regulating the body of persons or charity.
  • Fee:
    • an application fee of HK$40; and
    • a fee of HK$340 for granting of a Certificate of Incorporation
  • Payment methods:
    • deduction from deposit account at the e-Services Portal
    • credit card (VISA/Mastercard/JCB/UnionPay)
    • digital wallet (Apple Pay/Google Pay)
    • PPS Shop&Buy Service
  • Electronic certificate will normally be issued within 2.5 months and the electronic certificate will be sent to the registered e-mail address of the registered user who submits the application.
