- Documents needed for applicants:
- Application for a Trust or Company Service Provider Licence (Form TCSP1);
- Supplementary Information Sheet for Form TCSP1 (Form TCSP1-SIS);
- Supplementary Information Sheet 2A for Form TCSP1 (Form TCSP1-SIS2A);
- Statement as regards Fit and Proper Criteria (For applicant / ultimate owner / partner / director – individual) (Form TCSP4);
- Statement as regards Fit and Proper Criteria (For partner / director – corporation) (Form TCSP5);
- a copy of valid Business Registration Certificate; and
- other supporting documents (please click here to view the Checklist for submission of supporting documents on page 20)
- Fee:
- an application fee of HK$3,440
- an additional fee of HK$975 for each person subject to the fit and proper test

- Electronic licence will normally be granted within 2.5 months. An email notification will be sent to the e-mail address of the registered user, who submits the application, for downloading the electronic licence
