  • Applicable to any individuals/companies (including Hong Kong residents, Hong Kong registered companies, Mainland residents and Mainland registered companies)
Applicants can submit applications through the Internet:
  • Individual applicant
    • With iAM Smart+ or personal digital certificate issued by the Hongkong Post Certification Authority or Digi-Sign Certification Services Limited for signing the form
    • Required documents: No
  • Organisation applicant
    • With the organizational digital certificate issued by the Hongkong Post Certification Authority or Digi-Sign Certification Services Limited for signing the form
    • Required document: A copy of the Business Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation

Applicants can also choose to send the completed application form and the original of Autopay Facility Form for Payment of IRIS Online Services Fees together with a copy of the required identity proof document to the Land Registry by post/courier service.
  • Fee
    • Application fee: HK$1,500
    • Fee for Supplementary Login IDs: HK$750 each
    • Deposit: minimum HK$500
  • Payment methods
    • Online payment can be made by Credit Card (UnionPay/Mastercard/VISA/JCB), Apple Pay or Google Pay (Mastercard/VISA only), PPS, FPS or e-Cheque
    • For submission by post/courier service, payment can be made by crossed cheque, demand draft or cashier’s order
  • The Land Registry will normally complete processing of the applications within 5 working days from receipt of the applications. The applicants will receive the application results via email.
  • The applicants will separately receive the Login ID(s) and initial password(s) by courier service.
