Fee for the CD-ROM
  • Fee
    • HK$2,620 per copy of CD-ROM
  • Payment methods
    • Online payment can be made by Credit Card (UnionPay/Mastercard/VISA/JCB), Apple Pay or Google Pay (Mastercard/VISA only), PPS, FPS or e-Cheque if submitting applications through the Internet or by email
    • Payment can be made by crossed cheque, demand draft or cashier’s order if submitting applications by post
  • Delivery of CD-ROM
    • Delivery inside Hong Kong: Free
    • Delivery outside Hong Kong: Postage will be charged. Applicant can arrange courier to collect the CD-ROM at The Land Registry. Freight is payable at destination.
  • The applicants will receive the application results via email. The applicants can also download the relevant MDB data from the Land Registry’s website via the hyperlink(s) attached in the email. The relevant hyperlink(s) will be valid for 30 days after the date of issuance of the email.
  • The Land Registry will arrange courier delivery inside Hong Kong within 14 working days from receipt of the purchase order.
