    • With iAM Smart+ or digital certificate issued by the Hongkong Post Certification Authority or Digi-Sign Certification Services Limited for signing the form

  • Fee
    • Application fee: HK$1,070
    • Subscription fee: HK$5,500/month (on a 6-month or 12-month basis)
  • Payment methods
    • Online payment can be made by Credit Card (UnionPay/Mastercard/VISA/JCB), Apple Pay or Google Pay (Mastercard/VISA only), PPS, FPS or e-Cheque
    • Payment can be made by e-Cheque if submitting applications by email
    • Payment can be made by crossed cheque, demand draft or cashier’s order if submitting applications by post
  • The Land Registry will normally complete processing of the applications within 2 working days from receipt of applications. The applicants will receive the application results via email.
  • The applicants will receive the Monthly Memorial Information on Mortgage Transactions through email delivery within 4 working days at the beginning of each month.
