Applicants should have:
- An iAM Smart+ account with digital signing function / a valid personal digital certificate issued by recognised Certification Authorities

Image files of the following documents (in JPEG or PDF format):
- Valid Third Party Risk Insurance or Cover Note (Not applicable to trailer)
- Proof of present address which is issued not more than 3 months from the date of submitting application
- Original vehicle registration document duly signed and stamped with company chop (if the registered vehicle owner is a company)

- Upon successful renewal, the Transport Department will send the renewed licence to applicants’ correspondence address in Hong Kong by registered post within 10 working days.
