  • Upon successful enrolment of I-RemindU Service, the Immigration Department will send personalised notification messages through “iAM Smart” to remind the enrollee that:
    • The enrollee’s HKSAR passport is about to expire or has expired
    • Upon entry to / remaining in Hong Kong with a visa / entry permit, the enrollee’s limit of stay as a Hong Kong non-permanent resident is about to expire
    • The limit of stay of the enrollee’s foreign domestic helper is about to expire
    • Any other new reminder service from the Immigration Department
