  • Inland Revenue Department has developed a simple Stamp Duty Computation Program to help users calculate the stamp duty payable on property transfer instruments (i.e. agreements for sale of residential properties or agreements for sale of non-residential properties) or tenancy agreements.
  • All users have to do is to input the property price/value or the term and rent of lease, then press the “Compute” button. The amount of stamp duty payable will be shown.
