  • Users can access this online service to apply for registration as
    • Geographical Constituency Electors
    • Functional Constituencies Electors
    • Election Committee Subsector Voters
    • Election Committee Ex-officio Members
  • The applicant must have an "iAM Smart+" account or a valid personal digital certificate for submission of online application.
  • Please click on the button under “Quick Links” for documents to be submitted online and to submit an online application.
  • The Registration and Electoral Office will normally complete initial processing within 14 days upon receipt of application. Should the registration be successful, the Registration and Electoral Office would issue notice(s) by post to the applicant’s registered address in Hong Kong. If the applicant/elector has also provided his/her Hong Kong mobile phone number or email address, the Registration and Electoral Office would also issue relevant SMS/email to inform him/her of the successful registration.
